Lucian is an ARAM pick that is not faring really well in the ARAM currently. He is not exactly distinguished by damage, he is squishy, and his range is simply outclassed by other champions. Best Lucian Items
The Collector
The best first item for Lucian in ARAM is the collector. It will give us quite a nice amount of damage, and we can proc its lethality quite easily with our spells. The item will enable us to gain more kills early on and to have an easier time scaling into the late game.
Infinity Edge
The second item I would pick up is the Infinity Edge. It will greatly increase our damage, as well as critical strike percentage and critical strike damage. IE will also serve as a foundation for other crit items that we will be building along the way.
Navori Flickerblade
Navori Flickerblade has a passive that reduces our basic abilities by 15% each time we attack an enemy with our basic’s. Now, since Lucian’s passive makes us fire two basic-attacks after casting an ability, it’s clear to see how beneficial this item will be in reducing our cooldowns. The cycle is simple, the more frequently we use abilities, the faster they will refresh.
Lord Dominik’s Regards
The next item we will be building is the Lord Dominik’s Regard. It is my absolutely favorite critical item. The core selling point of this item is its 35% armor penetration. Once you have this item built, you will notice a huge spike in your damage, and shredding enemies will become much easier.
Blood Thirster
The previous four items will all have 25% critical strike, together, they will amount to the maximum 100% crit chance. This means that we can use the additional item slot for a non-crit item.
My favorite non-crit item on ARAM Lucian is none other than Blood Thirister. It’s a pretty great sustain item as it will give us plenty of lifesteal, as well as a small shield when we are full HP. The item is great for protecting against light poke, and it lifesteal healing is pretty significant as well.
Boots
The greatest boots for this Lucian ARAM build are most definitely Ioninan Boots of Lucidity. They will reduce our cooldowns, and enable us to cast our abilities much more frequently. The reduction is important since most of Lucian’s damage comes from properly utilizing his basic spells.

The keystone rune that works the best on Lucian is Press the Attack. It takes less than 1 sec to fully stacks, and it will greatly increase our single target damage. The next rune I like to take is Presence of Mind, because it is essential for early-game mana sustain.
The best third rune for Lucian is Legend: Bloodline, as it will essentially give us free lifesteal stats. The next recommended rune would be Coup de Grace, which will make us deal extra damage to low HP enemies.
Finally, the last two runes we should take are the Taste of Blood and Treasure Hunter. Taste of blood is great for periodical healing by attacks, and Treasure Hunter is good for accumulating early gold per each unique takedown.
