Best Malphite ARAM Items
Heartsteel
The highest win rate Malphite build starts with none other than Heartsteel. This fabulous item will give us 800 flat HP, as well as a really unique and interesting passive. The passive will periodically cause our attacks to deal 12% of our item health as physical damage. Then, 12% of the damage we dealt will be converted to our max HP. So essentially, the more HP we have, the more damage we will do, and the more max HP we will gain.
Sunfire Aegis
Sunfire is a really nice semi-offensive armor purchase. It has pretty great armor and HP ratios, as well as a pretty neat burn passive. The burn passive will damage all enemies in our close proximity, and it will be one of our major sources of damage.
Shadowflame
Once we have set a solid defensive base, we can start building some more offensive items. A great first item would be the Shadowflame, as it is one of the greatest items next to Rabadon when it comes to the amount of AP it gives. After having Shadowflame purchased, we can go straight to building Rabadon. This item will give us another 130 flat AP, as well as the passive that was already mentioned. The passive will increase our total AP by 30% and it will serve as a great addition to Shadowflame.
Zhonia’s Hourglass
To finish off our build, we will get the Zhonia’s Hourglass as the last item. This item is the best of two worlds, as it will give us both AP and armor. Additionally, it will give us a great statis passive, that will enable us to become untargetable and dodge massive waves of damage.
Boots
The greatest boots for Malphite in ARAM are defensive ones. These will be either Plated Steelcaps or Mercury Treads, depending on whether enemies are CC or auto-attack heavy.

Grasp of the Undying is the greatest keystone for Malphite in ARAM. It will periodically increase our auto attack damage, and grant us some bonus max HP. The second rune we will want to take is the Font of Life, which will grant us free HP each time we impair an enemy.
We will also take Conitioning and Overgrowth. Conditioning will give us free armor, while overgrowth will occasionally increase our max HP after killing a minion. Finally, the best last two rune picks will be Triumph and Legend: Haste. Triumph will heal us after getting a takedown, while Legend: Haste will give us extra cooldown reduction for each unique takedown.

Malphite is quite fun ARAM picks. The intense and frequent fights make for a perfect ground for Malphite to unleash his ultimates. To have more success with this champ, I recommend getting a semi-tanki, semi-AP build. Such build allows for engaging and playing the tank role, but it has enough damage to one-shot most carries.
