Historically, Senna has always been one of the strongest picks in ARAM. However, some of Riot’s nerfs have significantly tanked her win rate. However, when played and built correctly, Senna can still pose a serious threat for enemies. Given that reason, today we are gonna look at the highest win rate Senna build sampled on over 15K matches!
Best Senna ARAM Items
Collector
The first item I generally like to build is the Collector. It puts us closer to our critical chance goals, and gives us enough lethality to content enemies in the early game. Making lethality one of our first items can put us significantly ahead, as enemies will not have much armor to counter it.
Manamune
Manamune is a great second buy. When transformed to Muramana, it gives incredibly great value of stats relative to its cost. To transform the item as early as possible, we will want to buy the Tear of Goddess as soon as the game starts. The item will increase in stacks any time we spend mana, and its stacks will transfer to Manamune once we purchase it.
Infinity Edge
Infinity Edge is a general critical strike purchase. It’s loaded with damage, critical strike chance and critical damage. It is essential for our build, as it will increase the damage of our critical strikes by as much as 40%!
Lord Dominik’s Regards
The LDR is another huge and unique critical strike purchase. This item is distinguished by its high armor penetration that amounts to 40% of total armor. It’s one of the strongest purchases which will enable us to pierce through targets stacking armor, as well as those carrying the base armor only.
Rapid Firecannon
For our last item, we can pick between the Bloodthirster for sustain, and Rapid Firecannon for capping out our crit strike to 100%. As an aggressive type of player I’d much rather just build Rapid Firecannon. It’s great for getting an extra range for poking, it will also give us extra attack speed, and most importantly it will cap out our crit strike chance to its maximum value.
Boots
The boots I would recommend for Senna in ARAM are the Boots of Swiftness and Berserker Greaves. The first option is great for getting extra movement speed which enables you to kite more effectively and the second are great for having extra attack speed.

- Treasure Hunter
- Presence of Mind
- Legend: Alacrity
The best keystone choice for Senna in ARAM is Dark Harvest. We can refresh it often with getting takedowns, and we can farm it just as fast. We will also want to take Taste of Blood for some early sustain.
The next two runes that I would recommend are the Eyeball Collection and Treasure Hunter. These are a great pair that we can stack rapidly by getting 5 unique target kills.
Finally, we can take Presence of Mind and Legend: Alacrity as our two last runes. The first will help us maintain our mana levels, and the second is great for bonus attack speed.
Final Thoughts
Senna’s design makes for a really great ARAM champion. However, Riot nerfs are countering some of her strength. To return some of her strength, I propose the build outlined above in combination with Dark Harvest. The build has much higher win rate then the standard one, and it makes Senna a perfectly viable pick!
