There are very few people that do not rejoice at the opportunity of playing Teemo in ARAM. His high damage poisonous poke, coupled with destructive invisible shrooms is a great recipe for having fun. To get even more joy out of the experience of playing Teemo in ARAM, today we are gonna improve his effectiveness by implementing the highest win rate build for the champion!
Best Teemo Items ARAM
Malignance
Malignance is an item that feels as if it was custom tailored for Teemo. Equipping it will enable us to have a great time in the early game, as the item will grant us quite great mana reserves. The item also has a great late game utility, as it will add extra AOE damage to our shrooms.
Liandry’s Torment
Another essential for our ARAM Teemo build will be the Liandry’s Torment. The item has a beautiful passive that will erase a percentage of enemy health with each tick of damage we deal to enemies. Coupled with Teemo’s intrinsic poison, the item will deal heaps of over-the-time damage to our adversaries.
Blackfire Torch
We will be adding fuel to the fire with yet another poison item. The Blackfire Torch will add another layer of damage to our enemies for 3 seconds, each time we hit them with an ability. Additionally, for every champ affected by this item’s passive, we will get a 4% AP increase, meaning that a well landed shroom can temporary increase our AP by 20%!
Rabadon’s Deathcap
To put the icing on the cake of items we’ve built, the most powerful next item will be the Rabadon’s Deathcap. It will significantly improve our damage output by granting us a 30% increase in our total AP, it will also give us a pretty sweet flat AP amounting to 130 points.
Void Staff
The greatest item to wrap everything up is the Void Staff. The item will give us a 40% increase in magic penetration, allowing us to maximally utilize all the AP stats we have accumulated throughout the game. A potential alternative to this item would be the Shadowflame, as it would give us some modest magic penetration coupled with a passive that increases our damage by 20% on low HP targets.
Boots
The whole build is highly hinting towards the Sorcerer’s Shoes. These are the greatest option for getting maximal damage out of our build. The other alternatives are simply not as strong and viable.
Runes for Teemo ARAM

The absolute greatest keystone for our Teemo build will be the Dark Harvest. The rune will be pretty easy to stack, and it will majorly impact our damage output. We can follow it up with Cheap Shot, which will give us free damage on impaired enemies.
The next two runes I would take are the Eyeball Collection and Ultimate Hunter. These two will stack each time we get a unique takedown, and they will give us free damage and ultimate cooldown reduction.
Finally, I would also take Transcendence and Scorch. Transcendence is pretty neat for acquiring some additional cooldown reduction, while Scorch will help us with poking in the early stages of the game.
Final Thoughts
Teemo is one of the most interesting ARAM picks. His unique kit allows him to bully enemies at all stages of the game. The greatest build for this champion is a full AP one. Such build will allow us to detonate our enemies with strategically placed shrooms.
