Betswap Mini Competitions Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Betswap Mini Competitions! By participating in our mini competitions, including special competitions and betting tournaments, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

   • Participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
   • Employees and immediate family members of Betswap are not eligible to participate.
   • Participants must have an active Betswap.gg account to enter. The account must be active before making an entry.

2. Participation

   • To participate, follow the instructions provided in each mini competition, special competition, or betting tournament post on our Telegram channel or official Betswap channels.
   • Each competition will have its specific time frame, clearly stated in the post. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

3. Entry Limitations

   • Only one entry per person and per household per competition is allowed unless otherwise specified.
   • Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries from third parties are prohibited and will be disqualified.

4. Winning Criteria

   • Winners will be selected based on the criteria outlined in each competition post.
   • Betswap’s decision on winners is final and binding.

5. Prizes

   • Prizes, including free spins, free bets, and other rewards, will be credited to the user’s Betswap.gg account.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other alternatives.
   • Betswap reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.
   • For free spins and winnings derived from free spins, there is a maximum withdrawal limit of $200.

6. Announcement of Winners

   • Winners will be announced through our official communication channels.
   • If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within the specified time frame, Betswap reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

   • By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Disqualification

   • Betswap reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of these terms and conditions or who engages in conduct that Betswap deems to be unfair or contrary to the spirit of the competitions.

9. Exploitation and Fraud Prevention

   • Any attempt to exploit or manipulate the competitions—including but not limited to using multiple accounts, fake entries, or any form of cheating—will result in immediate disqualification.
   • Betswap reserves the right to take legal action necessary to prevent or address fraudulent activities.

10. Modification and Termination

    • Betswap reserves the right to modify or terminate the mini competitions, special competitions, and betting tournaments at any time without prior notice.
    • Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated through competition posts or Betswap’s official channels.

11. Limitation of Liability

    • Betswap is not responsible for technical issues, network failures, or other problems that may prevent participation or the timely receipt of entries.
    • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Betswap from any liability, injury, loss, or damage incurred in connection with their participation.

12. Governing Law

    • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competitions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Country/State].
